(one of my best shots in San Francisco)
........you should wear flowers in your head.
Ok, I think it's history. When I spent my time of 5 weeks in San Francisco, I can tell you, the period of Hippies has already gone. Instead of Flower Power you can find a City with homeless people, young freaky persons and particularly superficial americans. It feels like any other big city in the United States. That's how it is. Americans are pretty nice, but it's difficult to approach them. Nevertheless i met so many nice Americans and people from all around the world in the school of EF.
I had a great time there - It was just awesome.
I was so looking forward to seeing my friends from Austria, because they took two weeks off to visit me for a Road Trip throughout California. It was a gorgeous break and we planned following route:
San Francisco - Californian Coast - Los Angeles - Hollywood - San Diego - Route 66 - Las Vegas (Nevada) - Extraterrestrial Highway - Surrounding of the Military Base Nellis, Area 51 - Death Valley - Yosemite National Park - and back to San Francisco.
So lean back and enjoy my pictures of the West Coast Americas!
Financial District of San Francisco, with the legendary Pyramid Tower which is the tallest Pyramid in the world.
Painted Ladys - Full House, Sitcom.
Hommage to the Hippie-Empire.......colorful Jam Session with Maria from Austria ;)
